Mind Your Manners Victorian Tea
Experience the social customs of the Victorian era by attending
a tea party and practice applying those manners today! Enjoy elegant table
settings, traditional finger foods and a cup of tea, while learning the
art of Victorian entertaining, calling, and polite conversation. Create
your own calling card and an invitation for your own tea. To make this
a special event, girls are invited to come in tea party attire such as
dresses and hats. This program fulfills the requirements of the Manners
try-it (not included).

Dig the Dinosaurs!
Unearth the mysteries of dinosaurs while you participate in a
simulated dinosaur dig! Learn how paleontologists interpret the clues
found in the fossilized remains of some of the most amazing creatures
ever to walk the earth. Find out about gigantic dinosaurs like Brachiosaurus
as well as another dinosaur that was no larger than a turkey. Make a dinosaur
craft to take home. This lab completes the Dinosaurs try-it (not
included).

Stones that Speak Cemetery Walk

history. This fascinating guided tour of the cemetery explores the architecture

tombstones and hear community stories and stories from the past. This
program fulfills the requirements for the Listening to the Past
